Boys and girls track: Spring-Ford steals the show at O'Hara Invitational

PHILADELPHIA  - The Spring-Ford’s boys and girls track teams stole the show at the O’Hara Track and Field Invitational Saturday.
In the girls competition, the Rams got first-place finishes from Aleigha Johnson, Jenna Vledder, Samantha Watkin and Lily Baker with a meet record 10-1 in the pole vault. The Spring-Ford 4x100 and 4x400 relay teams also garnered gold medals in the 23-school event.
The Rams boys came up with individual wins from Stephen Chapman, John Conner, Josh Darlington, Tim Rudderow and Ricky Venuto while the 4x800 relay team also placed in the top spot.
