Field hockey: Young helps Upper Perkiomen clinch Frontier title, No. 1 seed in PAC playoffs

Upper Perkiomen 3, Phoenixville 1 – AiYi Young posted one goal and two assists as the Indians clinched the PAC Frontier championship and the No. 1 seeding for the upcoming Final Four playoffs Friday with the win over Phoenixville.
Also picking up goals for Upper Perk, which posted a 10-0 mark in the Frontier, were Ashlynn Gatto and Jenna Fiorito – Fiorito's strike snapping a 1-1 tie in the first half.
For the Phantoms. Katie Baker had the lone goal and goalie Eloise Woodell recorded six saves., matching the save total of UP goalie Lynnsi Joyce.
