Girls hoops: Upper Merion rallies past Pottstown in OT

Upper Merion 64, Pottstown 62, OT – Izzy LeGendre scored 13 points, Hannah Foster added 12 and Katie Frey chipped in with 11 to lead the Vikings to the comeback win in PAC Frontier action Friday night.
Upper Merion, which also got 8 points from Riley Anderson, erased a 50-37 deficit with an 18-5 run in the fourth quarter to force the extra session before completing the turnaround with a 9-7 advantage in OT.
Trinell Watson had four treys en route to a game-high 22 points for the Trojans, with Kailyn Jarrett (12 points), Ka’Wanza Hodges (11) and Calista Daye (9) also contributing at the offensive end.
