(2) Boyertown 3, (3) Upper Merion 2 – The Bears overcame a 2-0 deficit to prevail in five sets, 19-25, 17-25, 25-19, 25-20 and 15-7 Tuesday evening at Norristown to advance to the PAC championship Thursday (7 pm at Norristown) against Pope John Paul II.
Adrianna Derstine (20 kills, 11 digs), Savannah Derstine (20 digs), Emma Ludwig (18 kills, 19 digs, 29 assists), Grace Rinehimer (30 assists), Julia Smith (55 digs, 2 aces), and Emily Wolfe (22 kills, 17 digs) triggered the attack for Boyertown, which has reached the PAC title match in just its third year of existence.
 
(1) Pope John Paul II 3, (4) Methacton 0 – Hanna Tulli (13 kills, 2 aces), Sarah Ward (8 kills, 2 aces), Heather Lesinski (8 kills), Julia Durand (6 kills), Chelsea Harvey (34 assists, 8 digs) and Tea Pasquale (14 digs, 4 aces) led the way as the top-seeded Golden Panthers rolled in straight sets, 25-13, 25-18, 25-14.
